Andreas Larsen

I grew up in the south-easterly part of Denmark, at a boarding-school called Oure Sport & Performance, where my dad works as a windsurf-instructor. So it came quite naturally for me to start windsurfing in my early years. When I was 17, I started sailing freestyle and wave, and love it!

I work as a windsurf & wakeboard-instructor only an hour from one of the greatest windsurfspots in the world... cold Hawaii!! I have a lot of time on the water, both freestyle and wave-sailing. If its not windy I like skateboard, wakeboard, surf, snowboard, chill and good times with my friends. I really enjoy traveling and explore the windsurf scene around the world, and this winter I will spend 2 months in Jeri-Coacoara and 2 months in West Australia with some of my best friends.

I have been competing, the Danish Wave/freestyle tour the last 6 years, and my best result, is 2'nd place at the Danish Freestyle Championships, in 2012. My goals for the future is to keep on sailing as much as possible and keep up with the latests moves, compete the Danish Windsurftour, and if its possible, try to compete in some international competitions also.
