The millennium Fusion is the cleanest and best overall design Tom Hammerton has delivered since the line started in 1998. The basic concept remains the same: Smooth, wide range power with exceptional handling characteristics. This is the luxury S.U.V.* of bump and jump sails, built to take you anywhere on any water in comfort and speed.

Hands free stability, that is the beauty of the Fusion. For 2000, we have trimmed the head further, yet still maintain a conservative outline that deliverers predictable smooth power. Twist has been increased, and new sub battens allow the sail to be pushed way over it's limits with silent control. The sail shape is extremely clean this year, with a mirror like surface and a deep draft down low to pull you through the lulls.

Construction changes include the whole upper half of the sail is now made of x-ply laminate which is tough and yet reasonably lightweight. Luff lengths are shorter, but most boom lengths remain the same. All finish construction is second to none with 100% hemmed edges (folded under), 5 step seams, mirrored reinforcing (both sides of the sail).
