This is something interesting, a vertical batten sail that let you rig in about 60".
Probably (in this incarnation) only good for very light winds, but with some changes ...
As somebody commented on an English forum if somebody can come up with a way to easily do this in the water a lot of light wind sailing venues would open up: paddle out, unfold the sail, have fun (or go out in marginal conditions, winds dies, paddle in).
Anything that can bring more people to the sport - but this is nothing new - I can still remember rolling the sail around the mast back in mid-eighties after a session on the Windglider Bahia 
The idea with vertical battens - hmmm why put any in the first place it doesn't make sail look nice (see all those wrinkels 
) and therefore have limited effect (if any positive?) and back then we just took the top batten out and put it in a pocket on the mast sleeve... (will cost an additional 15sek....)
But the bag concept is nice and nice detail with carrying it in the boom ( and don't get me started on tie-on booms 
)
Not bad at all, but something strange: girl is bending the mast only with the outhaul and standing! Supersoft mast? I think in the reality she would do this sitting on the ground, more simple, ans so it's not much different than downhauling a normal school sail and then outhauling it, 2 minute more?
Ok mast and boom ready, but first, you gain 10 minutes of what? Superlight summer wind? I'm sure that such a light wind won't lower more... And second the nice girl arrives on the beach with is looong rig almost ready, but before? A 400 or 430 one piece mast can only be carried outside the car, flapping over the car roof... so easy to rig but not so easy to carry, imho. And yes a lot of wrinkles.
Agree that turned boom is a good idea.
My school dacron sail "Katjes" needs not much more time to be rigged with a two pieces Fiberspar Breeze 400 and a cheap fixed boom INSIDE my small venetian boat.
If you want a proper SUP sail the SF has to be the one - but if you want something just to mess around on I've always thought why not have a simple sail like the old windsurfer class - seen a post with one of them somewhere on the forum - anyone help??

And totally agree with Nico - that will be a bigger hassle to carry than when "taken apart" but the boom is the most non-transport-friendly item in that setup - bring back those booms that you could totally disassemble and we are closer ( like the old North's, NPU's etc) - but yes more bits to put together before you are on the water
- but take a look at the kayak crowd what they are towing around....
And there a lot of them on a summers day....
the vertical battens come from the yachting world - it is used so the sail can be rolled around the forestay. This summer the most popular sail i Vedbæk was the tencate school-sails which just rolls around the mast too:)
