I think the screw diameter is the same but the windsurf specific inserts set deeper. I'm not certain though you'd have to check.

I would doubt it ...... 1/4-20 is a HUGE screw for windsurfing - they would weigh a ton with double screws!

Oh yes I see, 1/4 diameter 20 threads per inch, right... I was just looking at the photos.

Anyway I use the 3 hole windsurf ones in my boards and they seem plenty strong enough.

I have too many boards (what a nice problem!) and not enough room and I'm thinking about selling my Sea Lion.

I'd love to let your sealion get a nice home in Sweden GP, but the freight and taxes for are horrible.
