This is the craziest speed event I have ever seen! How fast can you make a Go board go?
Pretty immpressive huh? This is Bertrand Fougere winning the French Starboard Go Challenge with an incredible 35.5 knots with a GPS 2009 6.6 that I just sent to France for testing. For those of you who speak French:

Well, this ain't your Daddy's Go.
A 2008 Go is a Futura with thicker skin. Massively powered up on a 6.6, I would expect it to rip. Still, 35 kts is impressive...
Look at the video - that 'aint no speed course! I would be immpressed with anyone who can do 35 knots on water that rough. GPS 2009 won't be out till September, but that is effectively a production sail in action. Resevre yours now!
Makes me want to clock my START on the GPS. Now that'll really interesting.
