HSM 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We are confident that you will love your new purchase, so all HSM products have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the original purchaser is not satisfied with any HSM products, he/she may return the product for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

 This guarantee is subject to the following limitations:
1.Guarantee does not cover any product used in teaching or rental operations.
2.Does not cover any unauthorized repairs, modifications or alterations of HSM products and will void the guarantee.
3.Selling or transferring ownership of the product will void guarantee.
4.Equipment must be returned in good condition, without any major wear and tear. Evidence of excessive use before return will void guarantee. This guarantee is void if in HSM’s sole discretion, HSM feels that the purchaser is taking advantage of this policy.
5.HSM is not responsible for shipping charges on any return, exchange, repair, guarantee or warranty items.  

Warranty Policy

 
HSM LLC warrants this product to be free of major defects in material or workmanship to the original purchaser, for a minimum guarantee period of 1 year. This warranty is subject to the following limitations: The warranty is only valid when the warranty card is properly filled out and returned to HSM LLC, or the product is registered online at www.hotsailsmaui.com. The warranty is valid only when the product is used for normal recreational activities, and does not cover products used in rental or teaching operations. HSM LLC will make the final warranty determination, which may require inspection and/or photos of the equipment, which clearly show the defect(s). If necessary, this information must be sent to the HSM distributor in the country of purchase, postage prepaid. All defects must be shown using only sticky tape; no marks are to be made on the product. If a product is deemed defective by HSM LLC, the warranty covers the repair or replacement of the defective product only. HSM LLC will not be responsible for any costs, losses, or damages incurred as a result of loss of use of this product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear including, but not limited to, color fading, punctures, damage due to excessive sun exposure, damage caused by improper handling and storage, and damage caused by anything other than defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is voided if any unauthorized repair, change or modification has been made to any part of the equipment. The warranty for any repaired or replaced equipment is good from the date of original purchase only. The original purchase receipt must accompany all warranty claims. The name of the retailer and date of purchase must be clear and legible. There are no warranties, which extend beyond the warranty specified herein.
