2004 marks my 18th year of designing HOT SAILS on Maui. Through the evolution of our sport we have had the opportunity to meet, discuss and develop my sails with most of the top-level windsurfers of today and yesterday. This dedication and commitment to windsurfing continues today…

The return of Sean Ordóñez to our design team is one more example of our dedication to developing with the best. Sean's input and involvement has helped me develop a sail range incomparable on the market place. Sean's SO wave/freestyle sail received the highest ratings in 2002 from the German SURF magazine.

Children are the future of our sport and we have the cutting edge equipment for their fun and hyper learning curves. We pioneered women's specific sails that have gone on to win the major events on the US tour.

     Hot Sails Maui has relocated to a new sales, service and design center on Maui. The new 1500sq-foot facility includes the international headquarters and R&D center for our 18-year-old company. The new loft gives us ample room to build our prototype sails and work on new developments.

     The new loft also features an air conditioned showroom where we have our full range of sails, including the 12.5 meter Formula model, the 0.8 meter Microslide kids sails and the world renowned SO (Sean Ordonez) wave model, rigged and on display as well as complete new rigs by Powerex & FiberSpar. You will also find a great selection of presailed models all in hanging presentation.
      Hot Sails Maui is located at 358 Papa Place in unit H1B between Extreme Sports Maui and Neil Pryde Maui…a few doors down from the famous Piñatas Mexican restaurant in Kahului.

      We are stoked to be expanding while most of the industry is scaling down. Hot Sails Maui is staying true to windsurfing and continuing our focus on innovation and durability which is paying off.
